Rachel leverages 20 years of IR and capital markets experience. At London Stock Exchange, Rachel led the development of IR services for companies and best practice guidelines. Strategic vision is a strength, quickly analysing complex situations and formulating effective solutions.

Rachel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has a Combined Honours Degree in English and German from the University of Birmingham. 

Annabel has worked in IR since 2006, having worked prior to that as an equity research analyst at UBS Investment Bank. She has experience in both IR consultancy and working in-house, having spent six years working for a FTSE 250 company as Director of Investor Relations. Her strengths lie in working with an executive team to determine strategic IR priorities; crafting equity stories and investment cases; and distilling complex information into digestible forms for clear and concise communication.

 

Annabel has an LLB Honours Law Degree from the University of Nottingham.

Tim has worked as a corporate responsibility and corporate governance advisor for over 15 years and has considerable experience in advising mainly listed companies and other organisations with operations that are located all over the world.

 

His knowledge enables clients to access a "one-stop shop​" that embraces strategy development, best practice policy and management systems formation, related internal and external communications and reporting, associated risk management and investor relations matters and stakeholder engagement services.
